Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription from Underground Nutrition, you agree to recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment. To cancel, use the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails. If you need assistance, contact store@undergroundnutritionnj.com.

To prevent your next renewal charge, complete your cancellation before your scheduled billing date. Once canceled, no further subscription renewals will be charged.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. If you wish to cancel an existing order, contact us promptly. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

One-time purchases do not renew automatically and are not subject to recurring charges.
